Note : For Applicants submitting their Applications in Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Pune:

Passports which are not issued from Maharashtra/Madhya Pradesh/Gujarat/Goa needs to submit two stay proofs of their residence as per the below mentioned list:

1. Lease and License Agreement
2. Last three month updated bank statement
3. Address proof in the Companies letter head (Original) if the Company has provided accommodation.
4. Marriage Certificate
5. Aadhar Card.
6. Society Letter.

Business Visa

  • Valid passport for 6 months
  • Two Recent Photographs, 35mm x 55mm with white background, 70% face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)
  • One forms Click here for Malaysia Tourist/Business Visa form.
  • Covering letter from Company
  • Invitation letter from Malaysia
  • E Ticket
  • Updated Bank statement for the last 6 months with applicant’s name, a/c no. with bank seal & sign Minimum Rs 30,000/- (individual) Rs 60,000/- (Family) Balance must have in account and good transcation record (depends of consulate decision).
  • Hotel Reservation (Confirmation of Stay ) if your Bank Account not fulfill the requirement. (Booking.com will not be accepted.
  • If passport issued out of Maharashtra / Gujarat / Goa / M.P. require stay proof letter from the company and 2 additional proof like leave and license agreement or telephone bill [MTNL] or electricity bill,Society Letter (Original)/Aadhar Card.

Tourist Visa

  • Valid passport for 6 months
  • Two Recent Photographs 35mm x 55mm with white background, 70% face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months)

  • E Ticket

E-visa Single Entry visa

  • Colour Passport copy 1st and last Page and if any observation page Scan copy in J.P.E.G format
  • One Recent Photographs 35mm x 55mm with white background, 70% face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 months) in J.P.E.G format (scan photo not accepted.
  • Hotel Confirmation in PDF format
  • Return Confirmed Ticket in PDF format

Note: May Consulate Ask more documents with Personal Interview

  • Rs.5,600.00 /- Multiple Entry Stiker visa (Visa fees and VFS charges) NEED TO PAY IN DD
  • Rs.3,000.00/- Single Entry E-visa charges
  • Demand Draft/Pay order charge Extra.
